Ingredients (7)

SERVES 4

400g tin of white beans

1 lemon, juiced

1 handful fresh parsley

1tbsp tahini

2tbsp olive oil

1 pinch salt

1 dash ice cold water

Method

STEP 1

Prep: squeeze the lemon juice into a small bowl, wash the parsley and drain and rinse the beans


STEP 2

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, serve with bread and extra olive oil and parsley
