A refreshing salad spin on a classic Greek sauce!


Serves 8


Step 1
First, finely chop your fresh dill and add it to a large bowl
Step 2
Next, finely dice your red onion and add that to the bowl
Step 3
Next, roughly chop the tomatoes, then also add them to the bowl
Step 4
Roughly chop the cucumber and add that to the bowl
Step 5
Now add the Greek yoghurt, lemon juice and minced garlic and give it all a good mix to combine the ingredients
Step 6
Now, add in the salt and shred your cabbage then add that to the bowl. Mix it all through and that's it! A delicious refreshing salad. Allow to chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours prior to serving
