Preheat your oven to 180 degree celsius. Into a large bowl, add the eggs, yoghurt, sunflower oil, cheese, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes. Give it a good mix to combine all ingredients

Finely chop the potatoes, onion and parsley, then add those to the bowl and give it a good mix

Now add your flour and baking powder and mix well to incorporate

Layer your mix onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds

Place into your oven and allow it to cook for 50 minutes. When ready, remove from the oven and allow it to rest for 15 minutes before you cut it into slices
