Egg, bacon and avocado- the best start to any day
Ingredients
Serves 1
1 sliced bagel
1/2 avocado
3 slices turkey bacon
1 egg
Pinch of salt
2 twists of pepper
1tbsp oil
1tsp butter
Method
Step 1
Toast the bagel
Step 2
Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the turkey bacon and an egg and season with pepper.
Step 4
Butter the bagel and stack the avocado, turkey bacon, egg and ketchup on top
Step 5
Put the top of the bagel on and slice in half
