Method

Step 1

Slice the tomatoes into small cubes and place in a small bowl with salt, pepper and olive oil

Step 2

Cut the baguette into thin slices, then toast. Once toasted, rub the raw garlic over the baguette

Step 3

Spoon the tomatoes onto each slice of baguette, top with fresh basil and extra olive oil, serve and enjoy!
