This is my take on the classic lovely “Swedish” meatball but with the volume turned up and “Tex-ish” spin on it!

Method
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and add it to the mince. Then add breadcrumbs, soup mix, eggs, parmesan, mustard and green chillies. Mix with your hands until well combined
Step 2
Form the meatballs - 3tbsp mince per ball. Place meat balls in an oven safe pan
Step 3
Combine mustard, sriracha, Worcestershire sauce and a1 sauce. Brush the sauce onto the meatballs. Place in the oven at 400F for 45 minutes uncovered
Step 4
Remove the meat balls from the pan. Add enough red wine to cover the bottom of the pan. Heat to medium high and scrape the bottom of the pan. Once the wine begins to simmer add the gravy mix, double cream and salt (optional). Add the meatballs and let it cook for 2 minutes. Top with mozzarella and parsley
