Description

These muffins are healthier than they look at only 130 calories each. That's the midmorning snack we've been looking for.

Ingredients

Method

Step 1
Mash the bananas and add the honey and egg. Mix well and preheat your oven to 160ºC
Step 2
Add oats, protein powder, salt and cocoa powder to a blender up and blend to a fine, flour like texture
Step 3
Add the dry mix to the wet mix along with the baking powder. Finely chop the chocolate orange and mix until you have a batter
Step 4
Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin, top with salt and bake for around 25 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
