Method
Step 1
Dice the chicken. Place in a zip lock bag with chopped garlic, salt, pepper, BBQ sauce and honey. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes
Step 2
Skewer the chicken
Step 3
Place a pan on medium heat. Spray some avocado oil. Cook the skewers for 5 minutes on each side. Serve with the salad mix
