Tandoori Chicken Momos

Ingredients (11)

Serves 1

200g chicken breast

4tbsp cream

5tsp tandoori masala

1tsp garam masala

1tsp cumin powder

1tsp red chilli powder

2tsp chaat masala

4tbsp red chilli sauce

300g plain flour

1tsp lemon juice

Salt (to taste)

Method

Step 1

Finely chop the chicken


Step 2

Add the chicken to a bowl along with cream, 1tsp tandoori masala, garam masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt


Step 3

Mix well and grill until the chicken is cooked through


Step 4

Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and water until you’ve formed a dough. Form into small balls, roll out and place the filling in the middle and fold up


Step 5

Steam for around 20 minutes or until the outside isn’t sticky. Make the tandoori sauce by mixing chilli sauce with 4tsp tandoori masala


Step 6

Coat the dumplings in the sauce and grill until crispy. Serve and enjoy!
