STEP 1

Grab some halloumi and season both sides with a pinch of Italian mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Slice the onion, lettuce and tomatoes (or your choice of salad)


STEP 2

Get a pan nice and hot and fry the halloumi on each side for a few minutes


STEP 3

Make a quick garlic sauce by mincing the garlic and combining with the Greek yogurt, pepper and lemon juice


STEP 4

Spread that over the tortilla wrap and add the salad, halloumi slices and sweet chilli sauce
