Sweet Chilli Halloumi Wrap

Ingredients (12)

Serves 1

1 62.5g halloumi slice

1/4tsp Italian mixed herbs

1/4tsp chilli flakes

1 large white tortilla

50g shredded iceberg lettuce

40g sliced red onion

100g sliced cherry tomatoes

30g reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce

40g 0% fat Greek yogurt

1 clove garlic

1/4tsp pepper

5ml lemon juice


Step 1

Grab some halloumi and season both sides with a pinch of Italian mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Slice the onion, lettuce and tomatoes (or your choice of salad)

Step 2

Get a pan nice and hot and fry the halloumi on each side for a few minutes

Step 3

Make a quick garlic sauce by mincing the garlic and combining with the Greek yogurt, pepper and lemon juice

Step 4

Spread that over the tortilla wrap and add the salad, halloumi slices and sweet chilli sauce
