Place your chocolate chips into a microwave-safe jug and melt in short 10 second bursts until smooth, then stir in your coconut oil, to keep it smooth and shiny

Carefully peel and segment your orange, before gently dipping it into your chocolate to coat half of each slice. Be careful not to get any liquid from your orange into your chocolate or it will seize and go grainy. Place onto your tray with the baking paper

Sprinkle some citrus flakes onto the chocolate before it sets to allow them to be able to stick
