Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Use a round cookie cutter to cut your tortilla wraps into smaller circles. Melt 100g of the butter into a small bowl and add the sugar into another bowl. Dip your tortilla circles into the butter, then into the sugar, and then sit them into tortilla moulds or the back of a cupcake tin to keep their shape. Place into the oven for approximately 10 minutes until crispy
Now prepare the coating for the tacos. Blitz up the Oreos into fine crumbs, then melt the rest of the butter. Add the strawberry jelly mix to the butter before adding it to the crushed Oreos. Mix to combine
Melt the bar of white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Then, when your tacos have cooled from being in the oven, first dip them in the white chocolate and then into the Oreo mixture and leave them to set
While your taco coating is setting, make your cheesecake mix as per the packet instructions. When your tacos are ready, fill each with some taco mix. Slice up the strawberries and add some onto each taco and then you're ready to serve. Enjoy!
