Method

Step 1
Add the pasta to a pot of boiling water and boil until al dente. Dice the onion and blend the scotch bonnets
Step 2
Heat coconut oil in a separate pot and sauté the onion until soft
Step 3
Add the blended scotch bonnets and stir well. Season with salt and onion powder, then crumble in the stock cube
Step 4
Stir well, then add beef suya and coconut milk and mix
Step 5
Simmer the sauce and, once the pasta cooked, drain and stir into the sauce. Add chilli flakes and stir, then serve and enjoy!
