Method

Step 1

Cook the noodles and heat the oil in a saucepan until sizzling. Chop the shallot, spring onion, basil and chives and add to a heat safe bowl with paprika, sesame seeds and chilli flakes, then add the oil

Step 2

Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut butter and lime juice, then season to taste with salt and pepper

Step 3

Toss through the cooked noodles, then stir through sriracha and apple cider vinegar. Serve with chopped peanuts and extra spring onion and enjoy!
