Method

Step 1

Toast bun. Make two equal size balls from the mince meat. Flatten each patty and season with black pepper. Place in a heated pan

Step 2

Make the sauce by combining mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, paprika and chopped gherkins

Step 3

Squeeze some mustard on the uncooked side of the patty's and top with sliced onions. Flip the patty's over and place a cheese slice on each of the patty's. Place a lid on to the pan and allow the cheese to melt. Spread the burger sauce on the bun, add the patty's and top with pickles
