Slow Cooked Pulled Pork Tacos

“I know I know! This is an Italian cooking channel but man thees tacos are good! so thought of breaking the rules and sharing it with you! Served the pork with your preferred condiments, I like avocado, pickled onions, fresh chilli and radishes”

Serves 4


Step 1

Chop the pork shoulder. Season with smoked paprika, onion powder, chipotle chilli powder, ancho chilli, salt, pepper and olive oil

Step 2

Thinly cut the onion. In a pot add olive oil and sear the pork. Then add in the onion along with orange zest, juice of an orange, lime juice and coke. Let it cook for 3-4 hours

Step 3

Break the pork apart with a fork. Place on top of the tacos. Top with pickled onion, radish, chilli and avocado
