Sautéed Garlic Potatoes
500g baby/Charlotte potatoes
3 garlic cloves
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
salt & pepper to taste
Parboil the potatoes until they’re knife tender, then drain and cover with a tea towel for 10 minutes.
Melt butter in a pan, add diced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add in the potatoes as soon the garlic starts to brown. Add rosemary to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
Remove your potatoes from the pan, season generously with salt, add freshly grated parmesan and decorate with some parsley.
