Ingredients
Serves 6
Method
Step 1
Brown the sausage. Transfer to a crock pot. Add chicken broth and white wine
Step 2
Add mushrooms, garlic, cream of mushroom soup, lemon, Italian seasoning, tomatoes and chilli flakes
Step 3
Cut the ends off the leek. Slice the leek and wash. Sauté with onion and butter then transfer to the crock pot
Step 4
Cook for 4 hours. Boil the pasta and add to the soup. Enjoy!
