Ingredients

Serves 6

230g shredded swiss cheese 250g shaved corn beef 125g drained sauerkraut 2tbsp coarse ground mustard 2tbsp mayonnaise Egg roll wrappers

Method

Step 1

Mix together swiss cheese, chopped beef, sauerkraut, mustard and mayonnaise until well combined

Step 2

Place 2tbsp of mixture in the centre of an egg roll wrapper. Fold the egg roll and seal with water. Spray with oil and place in the air fryer for 14 minutes at 400F. Flip the egg rolls half way through
