Method

Step 1

Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Sprinkle the plums with sugar. Place in the oven or the grill until it caramelises

Step 2

Break up the chicory

Step 3

Assemble the plate with chicory, rocket, cashews and blue cheese

Step 4

Once the plums are cooked add them to the salad

Step 5

Drizzle the salad with honey and balsamic vinegar
