Remove the hazelnuts from the oven and wrap them in a clean towel. After 3-5 minutes roll the hazelnuts in the towel to loosen the skins before roughly chopping and setting aside

Melt your chocolate in a bowl in the microwave, using 20 second intervals until smooth, then spread out onto a lined baking tray using an offset spatula

Sprinkle your hazelnuts on top, pressing them in with the palm of your hand to ensure they stick, before then sprinkling you flaky salt on top and popping in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to set

Slice into squares or break into pieces using your hands if you desire a more rustic look
