Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, add your flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and sugar and whisk until well combined

In another bowl, combine pumpkin purée, vanilla, eggs and oil and whisk the batter until everything is well combined

Slowly, whisk in the flour mixture into the wet batter until there is no more flour and the batter has no clumps. Fold in your chocolate chips using a rubber spatula

Pour the batter into either a greased or parchment lined loaf pan. Sprinkle the loaf with more chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds. This step is optional. Bake the loaf for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
