SERVES 1

1 frozen banana

1 handful frozen strawberries (plus extra to serve)

2 dates

1/4 cup (60ml) almond milk

1tbsp Greek yogurt

1tbsp nut butter

1 scoop protein powder

Method

STEP 1

Add all of your ingredients to a blender, remembering to save a couple of strawberries aside to serve


STEP 2

Blend everything together so that it’s thick and smooth and pour into a glass, top with some more strawberries and you’re good to go
