Start by cracking an egg into a bowl and adding whey protein, milk and cinnamon and mix with a fork

Put a pan on a high heat with some butter and soak your bread in the egg mixture on both sides. Place the bread in the pan and pour the excess mixture on top. Once the bread is cooked on one side, flip until the other side is nicely browned too

Stack the French toast on a place and top with a tablespoon of Greek yogurt, blueberries, raspberries and a drizzle of honey
