Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Boil the potatoes until soft, then peel and mash when cooked enough to touch (but still warm)

Step 2

Add salt and flour to the potatoes, then knead well with your hands until a smooth dough and add more flour if necessary

Step 3

Slice the dough into sections and roll out into long “sausages” and slice into bite sized pieces

Step 4

Roll each piece of gnocchi on the inside of a fork, then cook in boiling water until they float. Stir through a sauce of choice, serve and enjoy!
