Method

Step 1
Start by very finely slicing your red pears.
Step 2
Next, empty your ricotta into a mixing bowl and squirt in your honey. Mix well to make the sauce.
Step 3
Now, spread the sauce evenly and generously onto your flatbreads. Then layer on your sliced pear. Now, crumble over plenty of blue stilton and finish with honey roasted cashews.
Step 4
Then bake at 400F for twenty minutes. Enjoy!
