Ingredients (5)

SERVES 10

250g rolled oats

250g powdered peanut butter

2-3 scoops protein powder

75g low sugar syrup

25g dark chocolate chips/chopped dark chocolate (optional)

Method

STEP 1

Slowly add water to the protein powder and mix until it becomes a paste


STEP 2

Add oats, protein powder and syrup and mix really well. Add the dark chocolate and mix in before forming into balls


STEP 3

Leave in the fridge for about an hour and enjoy
