2 tsp Capers
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Red Chilli
1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
Chop up the garlic, and anchovies. Deseed then chop the chilli
Put a pot of water on to boil, but be careful not to over-season
Fry the garlic and anchovies in hot oil, with the pan off the heat, then add the chilli and the capers
Put the pasta on to boil, then chop your olives and add them to the frying pan
Pour in the chopped tomatoes and leave to cook on a low heat for around 10 minutes
When the pasta is cooked, transfer it straight into the frying pan. Toss to coat, serve and enjoy!
