Start boiling water and drop your pasta in to cook. Make sure to cook it 3-4 minutes under the cooking time on the package. Chop the garlic and drop it in a pan with 2tbsp of olive oil. Add the chili flakes as well and cook for 3-4 minutes
Step 2
Once the pasta is about ready (3-4 minutes al dente), take two ladles of pasta water and add them to the pan. Add the pasta and finish cooking it in the pan (as if you were making a risotto)
Step 3
Add more pasta water if necessary and the parsley and mix well. Add another 2tbsp of olive oil and mix vigorously before serving. Buon appetito!
