Overnight Oats with Chia

Ingredients (9)

Serves 2

100g oats

1tbsp chia seeds

1 handful strawberries

30g nuts

200ml oat milk

1tsp vanilla essence

1-2tsp maple syrup

1 pinch salt

Desiccated coconut to serve

Method

Step 1

Add the oats, chia seeds, salt, vanilla and oat milk to a bowl and mix


Step 2

Cover and refrigerate overnight


Step 3

Chop the strawberries


Step 4

Add strawberries and maple syrup to a sauce pan


Step 5

Mix and heat for 3 minutes


Step 6

Chop the nuts


Step 7

Toast the nuts in a dry pan over a medium heat for 2 minutes


Step 8

Plate up the oats and add the nuts, strawberries and coconut toppings
