Preheat your oven to 162 degrees celsius. In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom and mix to combine. Set aside

In another bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs until well combined. Now add in the olive oil, milk, 118ml orange juice, orange zest, and sage. Whisk together until well combined

Add half of your dry mix into your wet mixture and mix until it's all combined. Then you can add in the other half and mix again to form a wet batter

Once everything is well combined, grease and line your baking tin, pour your batter in and place it into the oven to bake for an hour and ten minutes

Once golden brown on top and cooked through, remove from the oven. Leave it to cool. Prepare your glaze by mixing the icing sugar with your remaining orange juice. Once your cake has cooled completely, you can drizzle your glaze on top. Enjoy!
Really delicious cake! Flavours are fantastic. Could have done with a bit more detail on recipe (type of flour, is it a fan oven etc). For others: I used plain flour and baked at 160 in fan for 50 mins and it turned out great!
