One Pot Goulash
Mix up your midweek meals with this easy one pot goulash!
450g beef mince
1 large white onion
2 green peppers
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
1 can of chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 jar of tomato and garlic pasta sauce
3 cups macaroni
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup shredded cheese
Start by browning your mince off in a pan, dice your pepper and onion and add this to the pan.
Mix well, and add your minced garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning and garlic and herb seasoning. Mix well.
Then, add in your chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and pasta sauce. Stir well to combine on a medium-high heat..
Add in your macaroni and water, cover the pot and leave to cook, stir occasionally.
Let the pasta cook, and when nearly done, add in your cheese and stir through to melt.
Now it is finished, serve your one pot wonder and enjoy!
