A super easy recipe just adding 4 ingredients into a bowl and mixing. Super delicious and high in good fats
Ingredients
Serves 3
140g oats
250g peanut butter
75g maple syrup
45g desiccated coconut
Method
Step 1
In a bowl combine oats, peanut butter, maple syrup and desiccated coconut
Step 2
Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer
