Mushroom Tagliatelle - Endless Pastabilities

Serves 4


Step 1

Place a large pan of water on to boil. Clean and finely cut your mushrooms. In another pan, add the butter, chop your garlic and add this to your pan too, then add the mushrooms with a little salt to soak up some moisture. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, then toss through the parsley and set aside

Step 2

When your pan of water is boiling, add some salt and cook your pasta as per packet instructions. When the pasta is ready, reserve a ladle of pasta water before straining, then add the pasta to the pan with the mushrooms. Add the pasta water and the parmesan, stirring to make it nice and creamy, then you're ready to serve. Enjoy!
