Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients (10)

Serves 4

5 Yukon Gold potatoes

1 sprig rosemary

8 cloves garlics

5tbsp butter

1tbsp dried chives

2tbsp heavy cream

2tbsp sour cream

Chopped chives (to serve)

Salt (to taste)

1tbsp, 1tsp pepper


Step 1

Boil a pot of water with salt

Step 2

Peel and chop the potatoes

Step 3

Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes

Step 4

Chop the garlic and rosemary

Step 5

Melt the 4tbsp butter on a low heat and add the garlic, rosemary, dried chives and pepper and cook for 5 minutes

Step 6

Drain the potatoes and add the butter and herb mix along with a tablespoon of pepper and 2 tablespoons of salt

Step 7

Add the cream and sour cream and mash, top with butter and chives, serve and enjoy!
