Easy Korean cheese corn recipe, don't knock it til' you try it!

Method

Step 1
Start by grabbing your ears of corn and cutting down each side to remove the segments of corn. Transfer to a large bowl, finely chop your spring onion and when chopped, add into the bowl with the corn.
Step 2
Next, add in your mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Stir well.
Step 3
Melt your butter in a pan on a medium heat. Then, go in with the sweetcorn mixture and begin to cook. Once cooked for ten minutes, pour over mozzarella, stir slightly, cover with foil and grill at 375F for ten minutes, then grill without the foil for two to three minutes. Serve and enjoy!
