Method

Step 1
Finely slice the spring onions and kimchi and chop the ends off of the mushrooms
Step 2
Boil a pan of water with salt and boil the pasta
Step 3
Melt 1tbsp butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and, once the mushrooms are browned, add kimchi
Step 4
Add cream and stir well. Toss the pasta in the sauce before adding 1tbsp butter, serve with spring onion and cheese and enjoy!
