My whole timeline is going crazy just now with KFC Flaming Wraps - so here’s my take on it that has 40g Protein!

Step 1
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside. Preheat your oven to 180ºC if not air frying
Step 2
Spread the sauce over a mini wrap, add low fat cheese and the chicken. Wrap and toast in a dry pan, then serve and enjoy!
Step 3
Crush the cornflakes and add to a bowl with salt, pepper, ¼tsp smoked paprika, garlic granules and Cajun seasoning, then add 2tbsp Nando’s sauce to a separate bowl. Dip the chicken slices in the sauce, then in the cornflakes and set on a lined baking tray
Step 4
Bake or air fry for 15 minutes, then make the sauce by mixing Perinaise, ¼tsp smoked paprika and 1tbsp Nando’s medium sauce
