Season the chicken with 10g curry powder, baking powder salt and pepper

Add sesame oil to the pan and fry the chicken. Remove from the pan then add onion, chillies, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and peppers

Season with 15g protein curry powder, soy sauce and ketchup. Add chicken and fry for another 5-10 minutes. Garnish with lemon juice, spring onions and sesame seeds and enjoy
