Method

Step 1

Dice the chicken and season with 15g curry powder, salt and pepper

Step 2

Finely dice an onion and place in a slow cooker with the chicken, tomatoes, water, ginger garlic paste, star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, salt, pepper, 15g curry powder and curry leaves. Cook for 35 minutes

Step 3

Add cream and cook for a further 5 minutes. Add in the noodles and cook. Top with single cream and coriander and enjoy
