Method

Step 1

Chop the onion. Dice the chicken and season with 10g curry powder

Step 2

In a pan add 1tbsp olive oil and fry the cinnamon, cardamom, curry leaves, onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes and 10g of curry powder. Mash it up

Step 3

Add water and the chicken. Add garam masala and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Add 2 chillis and cream. Garnish with coriander and enjoy
