Chop the onion and dice the chicken. Season the chicken with 20g curry powder, 1/2tbsp ginger garlic paste and 100g 0% fat yoghurt

Fry the chicken on high heat and remove. Add onion, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, cashews and 10g mild high protein curry powder to the pan

Add tomatoes, water and fenugreek powder and blend. Mix cream and 100g yoghurt and add to the curry along with the chicken. Simmer and garnish with coriander
