Method

Step 1

Season the salmon with olive oil, cayenne pepper, honey salt and harissa paste

Step 2

Cover the salmon with cling film and marinate in the fridge for at least 10 minutes. Cook the grains. Blend together chilli, parsley, garlic, basil, tahini, salt and lemon juice. Add some water or oil to bind the ingredients

Step 3

Bake the salmon for 12 minutes at 190C

Step 4

Toast breadcrumbs and pumpkin seeds in butter. Combine the green sauce with the grains and serve with the salmon and breadcrumbs
