Garlic, Honey and Chilli Salmon

Ingredients (10)

SERVES 2

2 salmon fillets

4 cloves garlic

1tbsp lemon juice

3tbsp honey

1tbsp soy sauce

1/2tsp chilli powder

1/2tsp sriracha

2tbsp butter

1tsp salt

1tbsp water

Method

STEP 1

Dice the garlic and mix with lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, chilli powder, sriracha and water. Season salmon with salt and pour the garlic marinade over and leave for 20 minutes


STEP 2

Melt butter in a pan and fry the salmon for 4 minutes on either side. Pour the sauce over the salmon and baste with it. Keep the sauce in the pan once the salmon is cooked and reduce down to a sticky sauce to serve
