Serves 1


Step 1

Place garlic in an ovenproof dish. Add enough oil to cover the garlic. Bake at 200c for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until garlic is softened

Step 2

Combine softened butter with chives, oregano, thyme and parmesan. Spread the butter onto both slices of bread

Step 3

Spread the confit garlic onto the other side of one of the slices of bread. Top with shredded provolone and raclette. Place the second bread on top of the cheese and grill at low temperature until the cheese is melted
