Ingredients (8)

SERVES 1

3tbsp passata

1 handful grated mozzarella

110g self-raising flour

125g 0% fat Greek yogurt

1tsp pepper

1tsp Italian mixed herbs

1tso minced garlic

Fresh basil, to serve

Method

STEP 1

Combine the flour and yogurt in a bowl, mixing until combined into a ball of dough


STEP 2

Press the dough into a large non-stick frying pan to make the pizza base. Using your fingers, press the dough round to the edges so that it is even, then cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes


STEP 3

Whilst the dough is cooking, make the sauce by combining minced garlic, pepper, Italian mixed herbs and passata. Lift the bottom of the base up with a spatula to check if it’s cooked and then turn off the heat and spread over the sauce


STEP 4

Sprinkle the pizza with grated mozzarella (along with any other toppings you would like) before placing under a grill in the frying pan on a medium-high heat for another 6-8 minutes to melt the cheese. Remove from the grill (carefully, it may be hot) and top with fresh basil
