STEP 1

Slice your pickles lengthways and mix 100g flour, baking powder, paprika, milk, egg, salt and pepper together in a bowl


STEP 2

Pat your sliced pickles dry and batter by adding 50g of flour to a bowl and coating the pickles in flour, then the batter mixture, and finally panko breadcrumbs


STEP 3

Heat oil in a pan to 350ºC and fry the pickles. Remove with a slotted spoon and season with salt before serving
