Easy Rice Pancakes

Ingredients (7)

Serves 1

1 cup cooked leftover rice

2 whole eggs

1-2 egg whites

1 scoop protein powder (your choice of flavour)

1tsp baking powder

1tsp cinnamon (optional)

1tsp vanilla extract (or flavour drops)


Step 1

Blend the rice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, protein powder, egg whites and eggs until smooth and leave ton rest for a couple of minutes

Step 2

Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake pix into a hot pan and cook for 1 minute before flipping

Step 3

Stack and serve with your favourite toppings
