To a bowl, add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and brown sugar. Preheat your oven to 160ºC

Mix well, then add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla paste. Mix until smooth, then whisk into the dry mix

Pour the batter into 2 lined cake tins, then bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean

Leave the cakes to cool and heat the cream, then chop the dark and milk chocolate. Pour the cream over the chocolate and mix until you have a glossy ganache

Split the ganache between two bowls and add cream cheese to one and beat well. Refrigerate the cream cheese frosting until firm, then spread on top of one of the cakes

Top with the other layer and press, then pour over the ganache and spread all over the top and the sides of the cake. Top with cherries, serve and enjoy!
